Matthew 4:1-11—Each time Satan wanted Jesus to do wrong, Jesus remembered a Bible verse that helped Him to do right. We follow Jesus when we remember Bible verses that help us do right.

Lesson 3: Jesus Invites Fishermen to Follow Him
Matthew 4:18-22; Mark 1:16-20; Luke 5:1-11—Peter, Andrew, James, and John left everything to follow Jesus. We follow Jesus when we do what He did and do what He said.

Lesson 4: Jesus Choose Twelve Apostles
John 1:43-49; Luke 6:12-16; Mark 2:13, 14; 3:13-19—Jesus chose 12 apostles to help Him tell God's message to people. We follow Jesus when we help tell God's message to people we know.

Lesson 5: Jesus and God's House
John 2:13-16—Jesus helped people use the temple for worship and praying to God. We follow Jesus when we worship with our church family.
